Section 204
The Supreme Court can hear and dispose of the case

(1) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Code, in any case pending in any subordinate court involving a complex question relating to the interpretation of the Constitution or any other law, or involving a question of public importance or concern, it shall be appropriate to hear and decide the case only after such question has been determined. If it appears from the petition of the party or the report of the relevant court, the Supreme Court will open the case itself and order to close the hearing.
(2) If there is an order from the Supreme Court in accordance with sub-section (1), the relevant court shall send the memorandum of such case to the Supreme Court and inform the parties of the case and send it to the Supreme Court on the specified date.
(3) In case of an order according to sub-section (1), the Supreme Court may hear and dispose of such a case or determine the complex constitutional or public importance question involved in it and send the matter back to the relevant court for disposal.
(4) According to sub-section (3), when the Supreme Court sends the missile to the relevant court for the action of the remaining matter, it shall be sent to such court on the date specified after informing the parties thereof.
